Line the top and bottom of the lid with Gel Eye Liner Duo using the Angled Liner Brush. Then, lightly dip Dome Smudge Brush into a dark shadow (Sable, Raven, Haze, Truffle) and smudge over liner to create a sexy, smoked-out look.
